Account registration and login: Email, password or access code; if you choose to log in via a third-party account, we may, based on your authorization, obtain from Google LLC or Apple Inc. certain information necessary for account creation and identity verification, including your display name or name (if provided), email address (including anonymized relay email), unique identifier associated with the third-party account, authentication tokens and related information, as well as network-related information technically collected for security and fraud prevention purposes (such as IP address); please refer to the respective privacy policies of Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Apple (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/) for details on their data handling practices; such information will be used solely for account management, login authentication, and security purposes.
Service usage information: Device model, OS version, screen size, language and region, usage time, interaction behavior
Image recognition: Screenshots or receipt photos for AI-based automatic accounting, used only to extract transaction details

The main purposes for collecting information include: enabling service features, personalized settings, technical support, improving user experience, and ensuring security.

6. Auto-Accounting and Receipt Recognition Functions (AI Image Recognition)When using special features such as auto-accounting and receipt recognition, we follow these privacy principles:
Data Submission: Screenshots submitted via quick commands or photo upload are sent through encrypted channels to a cloud recognition service for extraction of accounting information.Uploaded images are used solely for the recognition and management of billing information and will not be used for other purposes.
Data Processing: Screenshots are processed by third-party AI recognition services. After recognition, screenshots are not stored long-term. Extracted data is saved in the cloud database for your future access or syncing.
Third-Party Services: The AI recognition feature of this application is provided by the large language model (hereinafter "LLM") offered by Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. Text and image data entered and transmitted by users may be sent to the LLM provider for processing (this feature is only an auxiliary tool, and we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the recognition results). The management and protection of data processed through the LLM are governed by the privacy policy and terms of use of Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. Storage of Recognition Results: Only the recognized bookkeeping information will be stored in the cloud, enabling users to view and synchronize their records across different devices.
Purpose Limitation: Screenshots and recognition results will not be used for ads, profiling, or model training. We will not use your data for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
Information Security: We use industry-standard encryption, access control, and permission management to protect data during transmission and storage.
7. Data Storage and Security MeasuresTo safeguard your personal data, we implement the following:
Encrypted Storage: All user data is encrypted during transmission and storage to prevent unauthorized access.
Cloud Hosting: User personal data is stored on our designated cloud service platform (server location: Hong Kong). By using this service, you agree that your data may be transferred to and stored on servers in Hong Kong.
Safeguards for Cross-Border Transfers: We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with our cloud service provider in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), requiring the provider to process data only in accordance with our instructions and to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, or alteration.
Retention Period: We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. Once a user deletes a record, deactivates an account, or submits a deletion request, the corresponding data will be deleted from the Hong Kong servers or anonymized (within a reasonable period,generally no longer than 30 days).

Japan: Users under 13 are not allowed. Ages 13–15 require explicit guardian consent, confirmed during registration.
EU (GDPR): Parental consent is required for users under 16.
California (CCPA): For users under 16, data collection requires explicit opt-in by the child or their guardian.

The data analysis provided by the app is algorithm-generated as a reference only and does not constitute professional financial advice. Users are responsible for making their own decisions regarding consumption.
13.2 The tax-related bills, invoices, or records entered or uploaded by users in this application are stored solely for personal bookkeeping purposes. This service does not provide tax filing functions, nor does it guarantee compliance with the requirements of the Electronic Bookkeeping Act (Dencho Ho). If you need to meet the filing or record-keeping obligations of the National Tax Agency of Japan, please use a dedicated tax system.The bookkeeping data stored by this service is solely for the user’s self-management purposes and does not constitute official records for fulfilling tax or accounting obligations.
13.3 Users are responsible for any categories they customize, and this application does not assume responsibility for their legality.
